Grilled Chicken with Blue Cheese Sauce

INGREDIENTS

1 cup Astro 1% Plain Yogourt 250 mL
2 tbsp vegetable oil 30 mL
1 tbsp white wine vinegar 15 mL
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce 15 mL
1 clove garlic, minced 1
1 tbsp fresh thyme 15 mL
6 ounces blue cheese, crumbled 180 g
6 skinless, boneless chicken breast 6
  salt to taste  

PREPARATION
 

  1. Make sauce by combining first six ingredients in a food processor, process until smooth.
  2. Fold in blue cheese and season to taste with salt. Set aside.
  3. Preheat grill, brush chicken breasts with a little oil, grill 4-5 minutes per side.
  4. Serve hot with blue cheese sauce. Remaining sauce will keep well for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
