1. Topping: Toss the bread crumbs with the grated Black Diamond Parmesan
cheese, Lactantia butter and garlic. Reserve.
2. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease 12 muffin cups. Stir the flour with the
parsley, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Whisk Beatrice 2% Milk
with Lactantia butter, eggs and garlic in a separate bowl.
3. Make a well in the dry ingredients and pour in the milk mixture. Starting from
centre and working toward outside of bowl, stir just until combined. Divide the
batter among the muffin cups. Sprinkle evenly with topping. Bake for 25 minutes
or until set and golden.
